We know how to stage all contractors such that there is now downtime
during the project and the property can be utilised as soon as possible. After all major works we
can fully finish with soft furnishings
appropriate to the decor. At the end of
the day our business is about finding and retaining the best tenants. Our rents are set
by assuring low overheads. To do this we have a policy of eliminating
unnecessary maintenance costs. We have found by experience that the best
way to do this is to guarantee a property is trouble free at the start
of a tenancy. |

Plum offers a complete package to landlords dealing with every aspect of property management and offers the most flexible approach in the business. Plum will tailor make a package as required. for example, if a landlord does not wish to carry the risk of void periods but would prefer to benefit from our lease package. This provides the landlord with a guaranteed rental income for an extended period of time. In some cases Plum will carry out and pay for essential repairs and renovations to enhance the rental income stream of the property. This cost would then be recovered through the rent received over the period of the agreement. |
